Internet of Things [IoT] is the technology that has been introduced in recent years with a vision to create a hyper-connected world in which the systems/objects/people communicate among each other at the required time to leverage diversified services and applications to the users. Recently, Internet of Things [IoT] models and applications are revolutionizing the day-to-day activities of human lives by establishing connection among different varieties of information systems. At present, IoT has been employed in diverse range of applications like smart cities, automated healthcare, smart home, gaming, and so on. Due to the ever-increasing number of heterogeneous devices connected to IoT models, it requires more innovative mechanisms to efficiently perform the IoT operations. Hence, to further explore the emerging innovative mechanisms in IoT paradigm, this 4th International Conference on Innovative Mechanisms for IoT applications [ICIMIA 2022] will provide a platform for the researchers and create an impact on the global information networks with many new opportunities for applying IoT to achieve an efficient information management.
